I find staff at Metro Strata to be responsive, courteous and diligent. I have complete confidence that they will look after the finances and account keeping for my strata property. They act in the best interest of owners and residents by ensuring invoices and quotes are approved by committee members. They go above and beyond by tracking bills and highlighting discrepancies or higher than expected bills. They have always been helpful with obtaining quotes, arranging for council waste removals, organising trades and so much more. I am so glad they are looking after my property. Well done Metro Strata! Metro Strata took on a complete mess when we exited from our previous Strata Manager. Invoices that hadn't been paid were sorted quickly. We're fortunate to have Zafar advising us and he has been prompt in responding to communication, issue of agenda's and minutes and creative when it comes to problem solving with those tricky Owner challenges.
